Ownership of the site, Agreement to T&C

These T&C apply to the website at www.ennorijpma.com (the “Site“). The Site is owned by Ennovision, registered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under 66138876 (“Ennovision”). Use of the Site is evidence of acceptance of the T&C. 

Ennovision reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these T&C at its own discretion and at any time. Any continued use of the Site after changes to the T&C is acknowledgment of your acceptance of those changes. Ennovision grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited right to access and use the Site.

Content of website

The Site contains the portfolio of the artist and photographer Enno Rijpma.

Content and IP

All creative work, most importantly photographs, but also images, text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, “Content“) that is displayed on the Site, is owned or controlled by Ennovision or its subsidiaries, and is protected by copyright, trademark and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. This list is not exhaustive.

Except as expressly provided in these T&C, no portion of the Site and no Content may be posted, copied, reproduced, re-released, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) without the express prior written permission of Ennovision. 

You may not use or export or re-export any Content, or any copy or adaptation of such Content, or any product or service offered on the Site, in violation of any applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Dutch or EU export laws and regulations. Breaking provisions in this T&C forces Ennovision to take legal action to protect its (intellectual property) rights.

Applicable law and court of competent jurisdiction

All agreements between the parties, as well as disputes arising from the T&C, are governed exclusively by Dutch law. The Dutch court in the district where Ennovision is located has exclusive jurisdiction in case of disputes between parties, unless the law prescribes otherwise.

Consequences of nullity or voidability

If one or more provisions of these T&C prove to be void or voidable, this will not affect the remaining provisions of these T&C. A provision that is void or voidable will be replaced by a provision that comes closest to what Ennovision intended.
